Rendered Lard

Our lard is 100% rendered pork fat and is free from any additives. It's perfect in baking to get that flaky crust and, with it's high smoke point, for deep frying and sauteeing. Lard has a variety of non-cooking uses as well including seasoning cast iron and as an ingredient used in soaps and balms. 

This product is sold frozen, but is suitable to keep in your refrigerator or on the counter.
